DolciThe inn has a small and exclusive restaurant, dedicated only to our guests. Here you can discover the simplicity and the traditions of the Sardinian cuisine, characterized by our insularity, ancient agro-pastoral agriculture, rich of original ingredients and tipical flavors.

We combine the warm hospitality of our family with a fine cuisine inspired by tradition. We welcome our guests in a cozy and relaxing place and in addition we offer authentic and genuine food and wines, delicacies to be savoured discovering all their particular flavors.

We follow the seasons and offer only genuine and home-made Sardinian products. Our cuisine is characterized by a profound attention to raw materials, especially those found in the territory, making the quality of the ingredients an essential element for the creation of the dish. We differentiate the meals according to the season and we guarantee to our guests the pleasure of different proposals based on meat, fish and vegetables available in each part of the year.
La Jacaranda’s restaurant is designed to have a relaxing meal, both lunch and dinner, discovering the very taste of good and genuine food.

We also organize theme events dedicated to the typical Sardinian cuisine, or to other interesting issues such as the “special Phoenician dinner", a freely inspired Phoenician menu aged thousands years.

Viticulture has always been one of the main economic source of the population of Sant'Antioco. Two thousand years ago, its vineyards supplied the grapes from which the Romans drew the famous "Protropum", a fine wine destined for the table of the nobles and the higher Roman social classes.
Today, just like then, the vineyards decorate the hills of our land and the
Cantine Sardus Pater offer the consumers renowned and award-winning wines, reminiscent of the Sant’Antioco’s ancient winemaking tradition.
La Jacaranda is therefore proud to offer to its guests the Vermentino and Carignano del Sulcis produced by the winery of the country.



LIQUORS
The ancient tradition passes also throught the liquor, having our fathers managed to transform the rich variety of plants, characteristics of the island’s landscape, in excellent fragrant and delicate substances. Our main Liquor is certainly the Mirto, but we can also mention the spirits, known under the name "filu 'e ferru."
We love to end our meals in La Jacaranda’s restaurant with the sampling of these specialties.
